"Buy less, choose well"
The fashion industry is the second largest polluter after the oil industry and puts a considerable strain on our earth’s resources. From water consumption & pollution, CO2 emissions, toxic chemicals, deforestation and soil degradation there’s a lot that goes into creating the clothes we wear which we’re not always aware of. The good news is that there are some amazing initiatives based here in Amsterdam who are working to change the way fashion is produced and consumed.
Our latest event will focus on businesses that are dedicated to providing sustainable solutions to our growing consumerism. The event coincides with Fashion Revolution Week which is centered around how we reduce our consumption, and when we do consume, ensuring that we make conscious decisions.
